Holiday home for 6 people in L'Alfàs del Pi

We have had a fantastic stay in Villa Clem. We stayed 2 families together for a week. The villa is lovely and has a perfect location for everything. The only thing we can complain about is that such a large villa does not have a proper oven. There is only a small combined microwave and oven. It also lacks a baking tray. There were also not enough glasses for the number of guests. We could have wished for a larger fridge or possibly an extra fridge. Bur we manager. We were not bothered by cockroaches or other insects, as others has complained about. We saw cockroaches outside in the street at night, but were not bothered in the villa. The caretaker is very helpful and nice. This is highly recommended.

the villa was very clean and even better in real life than the pictures portrayed.perfect size for our family of 6. supermarket is 100 yards away out of the back gate so had no problems keeping the children topped up with ice cream. it is located in a very quiet area no road noise and there are a few restaurants and a chip shop within a 2 minute walk. i would recommend a car to visit the beech but not essential it can be walked. my experience booking through Belvilla was excellent great communication and booking process. i have booked a few villa holidays before with other companies but from now on this will be my first choice

Lovely villa, finely furnished with good stuff and a personal touch. Nice swimming pool. Owners perfectly accessible and ensure that we were well received, even when our flight arrived late in the evening. The whole area is easy to explore by car, the villa is less than 10 minutes by car from Moraira and El Portet town and beach.
