What a beautiful villa in a great location! The villa is built against a hill in a quiet villa neighbourhood, at 5 km from pleasant Moraira. This beautiful villa has a stylish and sleek decor. The villa has 2 levels. Downstairs you'll find a living room with comfortable seating area by the fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom. Through the sliding doors you walk right onto the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view! Upstairs you'll find the dining room, conservatory, the bedrooms and the bathroom.
Moraira is located in a beautiful bay. This coastal village is traditionally a fishing village with a nice selection of cafes and restaurants. Spend a day at the famous sandy beach of Moraira or at the child-friendly - gently sloping - El Portet beach (5 km), it's definitely worth it.
From the terrace you can see the sunset behind the mountains, which creates a particularly beautiful picture. The wonderful private swimming pool with outdoor shower, sun terrace and loungers is very attractive. After taking a dip, have some fish from the BBQ on your private veranda with awning: your holiday is perfect!

2 de maal dat ik in Benitachell verblijf. het gevoel van thuiskomen was direct aanwezig.
* heel mooi huis, met het nodige comfort aanwezig..! bij kleine problemen direct hulp van de vlaams-talige verantwoordelijke.. practisch 2 appartementen woning. met hedendaagse, in goede staat bemeubeld.
