We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. What you see in the photos is also what the house looks like. Multiple seating areas (terraces). Beautiful view of the mountains behind the house and if you sit in the front you have a beautiful view towards the sea. The house is divided into 2 floors. Actually 2 separate houses. There are no stairs inside the house to go from one floor to the other. So you have to go outside via a staircase bed and a bedroom with fan and a smaller bed (Queen). Ground floor living room with air conditioning, bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom. Very nice swimming pool with a view of the mountains behind the house altea really worth it. Both the beach with boulevard and many restaurants and the center where it is really nice in the evening. The beach and center are also within walking distance of each other.

2 de maal dat ik in Benitachell verblijf. het gevoel van thuiskomen was direct aanwezig. * heel mooi huis, met het nodige comfort aanwezig..! bij kleine problemen direct hulp van de vlaams-talige verantwoordelijke.. practisch 2 appartementen woning. met hedendaagse, in goede staat bemeubeld.

I have been a week with the children in Calpe, and we had a wonderful time in this beautiful spacious and luxurious Villa Clem.In the area is plenty to see / do, the beach is within walking distance and we have had beautiful weather every day .In the Villa everything is what you need. Everything is clean and tidy and everything has been thought to make your stay enjoyable. In the kitchen everything is available, in the living room there are two spacious sofas and chairs with a large TV and in each bedroom there is a TV with nl / sp channels (and the PS does it very well) In the living room, with open kitchen, a large table where we have fun games done.And also it was nice to have wifi anywhere in the house.

We had a great holiday here. Everything is well taken care of! The house is in tip-top shape and communication with the landlord is very nice. It is very clean and fully equipped. Everything is arranged for you. The location of the villa is beautiful in the mountains. Wonderfully quiet here, a short drive to the village, a rental car is really necessary. Within fifteen minutes you are in the center of Benidorm or Calpe where there is enough entertainment for young and old, but the center of Altea is also very beautiful, both the boulevard and the old center around the church. The market on Tuesday is also a good tip to visit. We are going home tomorrow, but we will definitely come back here!
