El apartamento era luminoso y aireado, y nos sentimos como en casa, El balcón era perfecto para relajarse por la tarde, ¡Lo recomiendo mucho para cualquiera que busque desconectar!

Overall our experience was good - we were with a total of 14 people and the house was well equipped, all necessary amenities available. Also clean and take care of. Some chipped mugs and plates, but no more than I"d have in my own home :-) We would advise everyone to take note though of the layout of the upstairs. Their is only one staircase leading upstairs and this means that you have to pass through one of the bedrooms (which sleeps 4) to get to other rooms. Which is quite annoying for obvious reasons. The same goes for one of the rooms at the back upstairs - also two rooms joined. Can work fine for some people of course - you just need to be aware. When we booked there was no plan of the first floor available, so we had no idea that this was the situation. One thing we were very displeased about, is that we had no wifi for the entire week we were there. We let the company know on the first day we were there that it was not working and they came back to us saying that it should work and we must be wrong. We kept on about this and on the second day (Saturday) we were told that "it was already known that something should have been replaced earlier", but there was nothing they could do about it on the weekend - we were then told on the Monday that a new box would be sent over on Tuesday, after that, no contact regarding this. We left on the Friday without having any wifi. As some of the people staying in the house were from the US, they made quite some extra cost through their mobile phone provider. Asked for any sort of compensation when we handed in the keys, but the person simply said "that is not my decision" - and so it was left, so I will be putting in with Belvilla on this as well. Maybe this really was a glitch in how things normally go, but we didn't feel heard at all. Like I said, the rest of the house and stay was really good, we enjoyed ourselves
