A lovely house in an extremely quiet setting, with all facilities as may be necessary. Ideal to wind down and enjoy the surroundings.

The house is in an oasis of tranquility, at the end of a dead end road. The river le leff flows at the front. You are surrounded by forests and water. On a busy day a couple of walkers and a rider pass by, that's it. A wonderful place to relax and to become "zen" with nature. When you wake up in the morning you only hear; water, birds and some wind .... nothing more, no cars, mopeds or other city sounds; what a rest. The house is spacious, but we were two, so then everything is quickly spacious of course. You are remote, so TV reception (which we never actually turned on) is limited. Wifi reception is minimal , but enough for "sober" internet on the iPad. Everything in the house is a bit "with the French battle." But you know that when you go to France, you shouldn't be too difficult about that, it's what it is. Everything was functional, so ..... a la the "French battle" If you want everything in order and luxurious, you have to go to the Hilton in an Expensive French resort. by residual light, you can see there, jet-black nights and a beautiful starry sky. The area offers a lot to see, beautiful walking routes, history, culture, nature and beaches.

The house was hard to find because we could not handle the given address in the navigation (upon inquiry at the Tourism Bureau, which was happily open, the name of the Breton and French was different from St. Guinec or St . Vinec). A good welcome by the French owner who was born in the house and explained everything well (such as washing machine / oven / hob / etc). The house is very quiet a few kilometers outside Huelgoat in a small neighborhood with a number of houses together with enough privacy. The pictures say nothing to much the beautifully restored house and the garden looks very good, very cozy (with plants, cushions on the couches, fireplace, paintings, decorative fins, etc .) and very fully furnished (bath, bed and kitchen linen and even cleaning, dishwashing and detergents were present) .In the surrounding area there are plenty of walks (especially those in the woods at Huelgoat itself are very beautiful) and There are also a variety of leaflets and maps of sights. In Huelgoat there are some shops and supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, crepes. We (and our dog) felt very welcome at home and had a very nice holiday. The only (small) disadvantage is that our phone Oons (but also those of the owner themselves) barely reach inside and in the garden (not even the 4g), so call or receive messages / send mainly on the bedroom, hanging out of the skylight.
