Going up the stairs, we will reach the first floor where the three remaining bedrooms of the house are located, two of them with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning to make your stay more refreshing in summer. Finally, a complete bathroom with bathtub gives service to this first floor. The house has a washing machine and, if you are travelling with babies, you will have a cot and high chair at your disposal. Marina Manresa offers a privileged location since, only 500 metres away, you will find the beach of Es Morer Vermell, a perfect beach for swimming and sunbathing in the Mediterranean sun. If you wish to go sightseeing, the town of Alcudia is ideal as it is only 3 kilometres away. There you will find a variety of points of interest to visit such as the walls that surround the town along with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy the rich local gastronomy.
