The plot of this lovely villa is fenced and there are a few neighbors around. The owners sometimes live in the annex of the house and take care of the pool and garden maintenance, in order to make your stay unforgettable! A furnished porch gives access to a nicely decorated sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV. The Majorcan-Style kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped to cook up a feast. There's a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom features a double bed and a shower bathroom en-suite. The other two bedrooms come with two twin beds each; and all three provide A/C and a wardrobe. Two cots and two high chairs can be provided upon request. Besides the bath en-suite there's a bath with bath tub for the rest of the house. Two fans and two electric radiators complete the houses' equipment. In a few minutes by car you will reach the coves of Cala Anguila - Cala Mendia - Cala Romántica and the beach of Porto Cristo. All of them have fine sand and offer services such as sun loungers and umbrellas for rent, bars and restaurants. In Porto Cristo there are many restaurants with Majorcan and Mediterranean cuisine, especially the fish and seafood are worth a visit. At the entrance of the village you will find a large supermarket. For sports lovers, only 7km away you can visit the Rafa Nadal Academy. The Cuevas del Drach and the Cuevas del Hams are close by and the underground world of stalactites and stalagmites is an adventure for the whole family. The beaches of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, S'Illot and Canyamel can be reached in less than half an hour's drive.
