The villa is located 5.9 km from Sant Jordi, close to the golf course Son Gual, and is very well communicated as it is next to the motorway Palma-Manacor. Being close to the airport you can hear the sound of planes flying over the island. Further towards the coast, you have all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. We recommend a visit to the capital, Palma, with its extraordinary Cathedral of La Seu and its picturesque old town. You can visit beautiful beaches such as Can Pastilla, Cala Blava or Es Trenc. Within the same plot there is a second house inhabited by the maintenance staff of the finca.
