This picturesque villa in Altea has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Ideal for more than 1 family, it features a private pool, terrace and barbecue amidst serene surroundings.
Just 300 km away is a forest, where you can go for leisurely walks or hike. You can relax here, while being only 2 km from the town centre, restaurants, supermarkets and all necessary facilities such as banks, doctor etc . The Golf course and water sports facilities are 3 km away.
A private terrace is a nice spot for your sunny summer breakfasts or barbecue meals looking out to the mountains. The swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs amidst gorgeous views is an ideal place to refresh. The villa has a large kitchen and a living cum dining room.
Additional amenities include washing machine, heating (through air conditioning), parasol and relaxation area. This villa will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Terras met zwembad met schitterend uitzicht over bergen en aan de horizon de Middellandse Zee. Lekkere ruime woning en prima schoon. In de ochtend en avond heerlijke geur van dennenbomen en van bloemen in de tuin. De woning ligt aan de rand van een villawijk tegen de berg op. Strand is 20 minuutjes met de auto. In oktober was het (onverwarmde) zwembad nog prima te doen. Twee grote slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden en 1 kleinere slaapkamer (ook met een tweepersoonsbed, maar je kunt maar aan 1 kant instappen). Engelse beheerders die ons goed hebben geholpen. Mooie veranda-achtige ruimte onder het zwembad met tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbal. Alleen spaanstalige TV, maar WIFI werkte prima. Fotos op Belvilla geven goed beeld van de woning.
