This substantial two-story villa features a garden and patio where you can immediately enjoy the lake view and the proximity to Vättern’s sparkling waters. The house is a solid single-story villa with a basement and offers most of the comforts you need. As soon as you enter the house, there is a hallway with space to hang clothes and store shoes, adjacent to a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and fresh, equipped with most necessities, but dishwashing is done by hand. Next to the kitchen is a separate dining area with windows overlooking the small street in the residential area. A spacious living room with comfortable armchairs invites you to relax by the fireplace, and in an adjoining section, there is another seating area and dining area. From the living room, you can access the backyard with a patio facing the lake.
