There are many nice bathing lakes, one of the closest of which is about 4.5 km away. There is the possibility of fishing, but then a fishing license is required for the various lakes. If you wish to experience the beautiful nature, there are several hiking trails in the area, such as the Höglandsleden. Other nice excursion destinations are Astrid Lindgren's world (65 km), gold panning in Ädelfors (10 km), Kleva Mine or why not visit Målilla moose park (36 km) to experience the king of the forest up close?
