You have only 300m to the nearest bathing place where you can swim from the sandy beachor the piers. A children's playground is also available. You have only 600m to Oknö camping where there is a swimming area and playground. In summer there is also a restaurant, boat, bicycle and pedal car rental as well as a small grocerystore with freshly baked bread. Bathing area with diving tower is right by the bridge that leads over to Oknö. There is also a nice Vass Oknö Krog. Nearby Mönsterås offers shops, restaurants and cafés in a cosy environment.
