The cottage is right near the so-called Listerlandet, a peninsula that juts out between Blekinge and Skåne. In this area there is much to feel and experience. A perfect peninsula for those who like to stroll through village centers, walk along the beach, pause in the harbor and take a swim. Here there are several cozy coastal villages, for example Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik, with several nice cafés, restaurants and fish smokehouses. In the area you will also find several nice beaches. The nearest city is Sölvesborg. In Sölvesborg, nature is always close, whether you just want to be or get active. Here, it is actually not far to anything that is nice. Most things are within walking distance or a bike ride away. Here you can find the Ryssberget nature reserve, where one of Sweden's largest beech forests grows and the Blekingeleden also starts here. Other nice summer towns to visit that are close are Karlshamn, Ronneby and Kristianstad where you can shop, eat well and stroll around. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing tours that leave from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real pearl of the archipelago! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor tavern Skutan facing the sparkling water and the fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the 19th century buildings are still there.
