The holiday park borders Western Europe's largest shifting sand area, The Kootwijkerzand. It's 2 km from the town of Kootwijk and 19 km from the city of Apeldoorn. The bungalow is comfortable and fully furnished. In the living room, you will find a TV, and in the open kitchen, there is a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms, one has two single box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double bed, and one has a bunk bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
