Ontvangst door agent goed geregeld. Duidelijke uitleg. Casa Berreta kwam overeen met de beschrijving en de foto's. Het buitengebeuren had fors achterstallig onderhoud, tuin zag er wel leuk uit. Zwembadje aan de kleine en ondiepe kant. Binnen ontbraken een aantal zaken zoals een magnatron en een wasmachine. Verder was de badkamer aan een grondige renovatie toe, er zat o.a. roest in het bad. Omgeving goed, rustige ligging en op loopafstand van stadje en meer.
