This spacious flat is located on the second floor of a large villa with modern swimming pool, situated in the small village of Belvedere Fogliense. From the flat's large private balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the fine hills to the Adriatic Sea. All the furnishings, in shades of white, grey and purple, are in a modern style and recall the curved lines, from the kitchenette to the dining table, from the sofa to the beds. The spacious living area is perfectly livable and is separated from the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The balcony is equipped with a dining table, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or relax in the large enclosed communal garden. Perfect for a real Italian holiday, either as a family or with a group of 4. The property is located in the municipality of Tavullia, just a short walk from the village of Belvedere Fogliense.

The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ... About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. As far as culture is concerned, Urbino is 17 km away and Pesaro is 23 km away with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches. At your disposal there is an outdoor shower in the pool area, with sunbeds, umbrella and chairs reserved. It is possible to request a cot and high chair free of charge. Outdoor parking along the road. Public transport is about 3 km away in Mondaino or 8 km away in Montecchio.

Die Wohnung ist der Hammer . Sehr geräumig wir waren mit 4 Personen dort und hatten Platz. Der Standort ist super für Ausflüge nach San Marino, Assisi sowie die ganze Adriaseite von Pesaro bis Ravenna. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut Fernsehen ( braucht man eigentlich nicht ) auch in Deutsch möglich. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Ankunft wurde abgesprochen über WhatsApp. Es wurden erste Getränke bereitgestellt und alles wurde erklärt. Englisch oder Italienisch sollte man einwenig können, aber beim Empfang wurde alles langsam erklärt, sodass auch mit weniger Englischerfahrungen alles verstanden wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Pool ist sehr gut. Allen viel Spaß die noch hinfahren werden. Wir kommen wieder.
