Set on the beautiful hills of Lucca, this cottage in Petrognano has 4 bedrooms to host 6 people. It is perfect for a group of 6 or families to spend a vacation enjoying the private swimming pool, terrace, and barbecue.
You are in a beautiful location surrounded by wine factories and restaurants. So relax and enjoy it here. The nearby Pinocchio park at 5 km to take your kids. You can also explore Tuscany and the coast of Versilia. The supermarket is 2 km and restaurants lie 4 km away.
The cottage has a country-style ambiance with stone walls, beamed ceilings, and terracotta tiled floors.
There is a decorative fireplace to keep you warm and a cozy living room and spacious kitchen for convenience. A children's bed and high chair are there for the kids. The 3000 sqm sized garden and the terrace are ideal for the evenings with a barbecue. You can bring 1 pet here and there is free parking.

Wij waren hier met 3 vrienden te gast, we kozen deze locatie voor het uitzicht en het uitzicht is inderdaad prachtig... je zit boven op de berg (6km dalen naar het dorp) en stoort bijna niemand.... De eigenaars zijn super-vriendelijk, communicatie gebeurt met wat Engels, Italiaans en gebaren....

De villa voldeed erg goed. Een geweldig terras met een nog mooier uitzicht ruime slaapkamers. Een heerlijk zwembad wat twee keer per week door de eigenaar wordt schoongemaakt.
Interieur is gedateerd maar dat hoort bij de charme van het huis. Op 10 minuten lopen een werkelijk fantastisch restaurant. Een echte aanrader.
