The family apartment is located within a large farmhouse in Pontecchio Polesine and just 2 km from the river Po with a one-hectare park full of fruit trees, swimming pool, tennis court, ample free parking. In an hour's drive you can reach Venice and numerous art cities such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Mantua and Ferrara. In less than an hour by car you will be on the beaches of the Po Delta and the Adriatic. Instead the beautiful Florence, Ferrara, Padua, Venice and Bologna are easily reachable by train from the Rovigo station. On the property there are other holiday apartments and the owner's home. There is a fenced park of about 10,000 square meters with numerous fruit trees for our guests. The swimming pool with sun loungers and the tennis court are free. With a 3 km walk along the cycle path you can reach the river Po.
