This lovely apartment in Castellammare del Golfo is located near the sea and has air-conditioning and sea-views. With 2 bedrooms for 4 people, it is an excellent choice for a family holiday. The apartment is located in Castellammare del Golfo, Italy, 300 m from the local beaches. It is opposite the Porticciolo and you can enjoy world famous Italian cuisine in one of the nearby restaurants. Cala Petròlo and Castello Arabo-Normanno - Castellammare del Golfo are closeby to exhibit the history and heritage. The small port, from which boat trips to the Zingaro reserve depart, can be reached by a staircase just below the apartment. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies with sea view, kitchenette and living room with dining table and crockery. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature during hot summer days.

Appartement is sober, maar dat is op informatiefoto's ook duidelijk te zien. Sleutel zou in e-lock zitten, maar de hiervoor opgegeven code klopte niet. Na heen en weer appen juiste code, maar vervolgens zaten er geen sleutels in de e-lock. Op dag 2 geen water (in keuken, toilet, douche). Veel heen en weer appen (eigenaar spreekt geen engels), gerepareerd, maar dag erna weer geen water. Dagen bezig geweest om stromend water te kunnen krijgen en gebruiken. Prachtig uitzicht over haven van Castellamare. Wel pittige klim weer naar boven. Bij aankomst veel stof in het appartement, niet schoon (terwijl er schoonmaakkosten van 118 euro in rekening zijn gebracht). Waarschijnlijk waren wij de eerste gasten van het seizoen en was er maanden geleden voor het laatst schoon gemaakt. Mooie locatie, maar veel problemen met een eigenaar die alleen italiaans spreekt.

Dear guest, thank you for your comment. We apologize for the mistake in handing over the keys: it was the first arrival of the season and there was a technical mistake. The owner speaks only Italian but was able to understand the customers' needs and promptly solve the problem of lack of water in a few hours. For communication there is also an intermediary agency to which you can contact if preferable. - the house enjoys an excellent position, it is located in the historic center overlooking the marina, it can be easily reached in any way, with a motorized or non-motorized vehicle, as specified there are free parking spaces right in front of the apartment. - the early arrival of the guests 4 hours before the check-in not communicated before did not allow cleaning to be completed.
