Een leuk huisje, met ernaast gelegen zwembad, waaruit vele zwaluwen geregeld kwamen drinken. Intichting van het huisje is eenvoudig met wasmachine, zonder afwasmachine. Een fijn groot overdekt terras, wat welkom was aangezien de binnenruimte vrij klein is voor 4p. Bijzonder is dat het mogelijk is vanaf het huisje de boomgaard in te lopen, waar olijf- en citrusbomen staan. Ook staan er vijgen-, pijn- en mispelbomen. De toegangsweg tot het terrein is matig begaanbaar, met slecht asfalt en vele gaten en kuilen. Vriendelijke eigenaars.
