Description

This rural farmhouse in Vinci is surrounded by stunning vineyards and olive groves. Ideal for a couple looking forward to some privacy, it features a shared swimming pool and a shared garden for a complete holiday experience. A tennis court just 1 km away is perfect for tennis lovers. You can visit the nearest town centre just 2 km away, where you will find many facilities, restaurants and supermarkets. Forest is 5 km away, where you can go to spend a day full of activities. The interiors of this one room-apartment are authentic and have a rural charm. Apart from an open kitchen, there is a living cum dining room with double bed and childrens bed (for a small fee) in the basement. There is a barbecue available, which can be enjoyed in furnished and shared garden.

Public transport can be availed at 12 km. Pisa Airport is at 58 km. Check in is available from 4 - 6 PM and check out between 9 - 10 AM.

Nous avons été accueilli par la maman du propriétaire (Gioconda) qui s'exprimait en français (un + pour les personnes ayant des difficultés en italien). Propriété entourée de vignes d'oliviers et bien sûr de cyprès située hors de la ville de VINCI, idéale pour le calme après les journées de visite. L'hébergement se trouvait à une dizaine de kilomètres d'EMPOLI, donc nous laissions la voiture sur le parking de la gare pour la journée et ensuite le train jusqu'à FLORENCE (arrivée à la gare centrale) et de là visite de la ville sans se soucier des Z.T.L. et autres problèmes de circulation, idem pour la visite de PISE. Un petit bémol toutefois, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine cette dernière n'étant pas opérationnelle (robot nettoyeur en panne et réparé deux jours avant notre départ dommage)
