You will also find restaurants and supermarkets at the same distance. Popular attractions to cherish include Lake Como Adventure Park and Gallio Palace.Parking is available at this property. You will find a shared garden and a terrace with furniture. This centrally heated apartment has a living room where you can enjoy satellite TV while relaxing on the sofa bed.
There is a kitchenette with access to a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. For laundry, a washer has been provided.Malpensa Airport is less than a 2-hour drive away from here.
The house is accessible from the parking level, located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019), or via external stairs. The private parking area is accessed from the road above (provincial road) via a short, rather steep ramp. There are a few steps from the lift to the entrance.
Turist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay.
Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot.
Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.

Prachtig mooi gelegen huisje op de heuvel met een fantastisch uitzicht over het Comomeer. Huisje is geschikt voor 2 personen. Heerlijk zwembad en hele lieve gastheer en gastvrouw. Over de op en afrit is genoeg gezegd. Twee tips: mocht je gebruik maken van de bedbank hou er dan rekening mee dat deze hard ligt. Je kunt beter een luchtbed meenemen. En de stoelen op het balkon zijn van gietijzer en dat is wat hard en oncomfortabel zitten na wat langere tijd. Misschien een idee om een eigen klapstoel mee te nemen (niet te groot want het is een smal balkon) maar met een prachtig uitzicht! Wij hebben een week lang genoten!

Bij aankomst idd een stijle helling.
Maar na deze 1x gedaan te hebben valt ie wel mee. Accommodatie was knus maar alles was aanwezig. Prachtige omgeving . Werkelijk waar een plaatje. De foto's liegen niet. Vriendelijke verhuurder.
