Description

This 4-bedroom villa in Linjan is just 1.5 km from the beach. The villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol for an exotic vacation. It is ideal for a family or two families with a total of 8 persons. Linjan's seaside, the beautiful wild coast, is awe-striking. You can explore the region through kayaking, biking, or paddling. Restaurants and supermarkets are at 100 m and 500 m, respectively. If you wish to have fun on the beach, you need to go 1.

5 km. For excursions, the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheater, and the town of Rovinj that is known as the Pearl of Istria are great. The holiday home has an air-conditioned living room to hang-out. All bedrooms are also air-conditioned. There is an outdoor shower to wash up after swimming. Evenings can be made special with a wonderful glass of wine and a hot barbecue on the terrace. In the private, fenced garden, you can go for walks after meals. Children would love to play here. The airport is 11 km.

Het huis heeft een perfecte ligging als je van rust houd. Super mooi design van de woning zowel binnen als buiten. De voorzieningen in het huis werken perfect , hele goede airco systemen en de keuken is voorzien van alle luxe aan apparatuur. De bedden mogen wel iets beter maar goed dat is persoonlijke voorkeur (harde matrassen). Zwembad is goed onderhouden en wordt wekelijks schoongemaakt. Het terras en de tuin en bbq zijn zoals je verwacht goed onderhouden en in perfecte conditie. De eigenaar van de woning doet zelf ook al het onderhoud en staat altijd voor je klaar. Super vakantie gehad !
