Evian is in the northern part of the Haute-Savoie. The town is in a beautiful position between Lake Leman and the mountains. It is especially well known for the famous Evian Mineral Water and its thermal spas. There are two ski-stations in the near vicinity. Thollon les Mémises has 16 km of ski runs, a snow park and a 6 km cross-country circuit. Bernex has 16 ski runs for all levels and 3 walking routes for snow shoes. The apartment complex is in the higher part of Evian. This means that many of the apartments enjoy delightful views of the lake.
