This holiday park is newly built and has been landscaped with lots of green. It offers good and modern semi-detached houses. There's a delightful heated swimming pool (opened from mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather) and a spa.

The centre of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire and the beach are about 7 km away; the golf course of Port-Bourgenay is about 3 km away. The well-known beach resort Les Sables d’Olonne with its atmospheric harbour and vast sandy beaches and dunes is 10 km away.

The attractive holiday park is built like a village and offers lots of space. The semi-detached homes sometimes have a second floor and always a nice terrace with beautiful furniture.

In this nice holiday park we have a four person holiday home available (FR-85440-10); there are also a holiday homes for six people, one of which has a bathroom with a cabin (FR-85440-11), the other one is a duplex (FR-85440-12). The largest available house is for eight people (FR-85440-13), this also is a duplex.
