Montana Plein Sud

Résidence Village Montana Plein Sud is situated in a sunny location right by the slope in the centre of Val Thorens. From the Plein Sud chairlift (at the bottom of the apartment complex) you can explore the whole 600 km long skiing area of Les 3 Vallées, which Val Thorens is part of. All guests of the residence have free access to the spa with indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hamam. You can also book various paid massages and/or beauty treatments. Résidence Village Montana Plein Sud is situated a few hundred metres from the centre, Caron (1 km.). Here you can find a supermarket, restaurants, boutiques, a bowling alley and the centre Sportif with tennis, squash, ping pong, badminton, football, volleyball, basketball, a gym and a public swimming pool. Small children can enjoy trampolines, inflatable castles and a ball pit. Also 1 km away is a childcare facility and a ski school. Nightlife possibilities such as clubs and bars are 2 km away. Val Thorens also has the world's longest toboggan run (6 km, from the age of 12)! Val Thorens is one of the highest ski villages in the world and offers a good guarantee of snow due to its 2,300 metre location. The slopes are often open until mid-May. The skiing area is ideal for skiers as well as snowboarders, young to old and beginners to more advanced skiers. There is also a boarder cross and snow park for daredevils. Several activities are organised in the village every week (especially in the high season) such as mini-concerts, children's shows, games and sledge rides, snow shoe walks, mountain biking and descents in the dark with torches.
