Completed in autumn 2014, Bergresort Winterberg is located at the edge of the town of the same name, which is renowned as a winter sport destination. The centre, where you will find all facilities, is about 1 km away (approx. a ten-minute walk). The resort is constructed on a slope and consists of a total of 28 apartments for four to eight people, spread across four buildings. It is a small-scale complex and has no more than four levels.

The north side of the resort directly abuts the outdoors. The south side has a view of the vibrant centre of Winterberg. It is part of the Wintersport-Arena Sauerland. Here you will find 150 ski lifts and a network of 300 km of ski runs and cross-country ski trails. It's the ideal winter destination! Yet there is plenty to see and do in Winterberg in the summer as well. The many offerings include mountain biking, hiking or simply unwinding at one of the many wellness facilities. And it's all topped off by lots of natural beauty and some charming cafes and restaurants.

The apartments at Bergresort Winterberg are situated against a slope. This location means that the apartments can only be reached via a stairway. Because of this, Bergresort Winterberg is not handicapped accessible.
At 350 meters from Bergresort Winterberg there are 2 charging stations for electric cars.
There is no reception present in the park. At arrival, please visit the information board (past the staircase between the 2 first apartment buildings), where you will find information regarding check-in.
Each flat block has a shared traditional sauna on the lower floor. This sauna can be used for a fee. The sauna area also has a shower. In the same room you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer, which you can use - for a fee.
