In the shadow of the pine trees and the rich subtropical vegetation you'll find Medena holiday park, directly on the coast and just 4 km from the Unesco-protected Trogir. There is a sports field, a tennis court, table tennis and a gym with a sauna. During the peak season there is a fun animation programme every day for the young and the old, and the very littlest ones can enjoy themselves in the playground. On the park there are also an aperitif bar, restaurant (half board possible), exchange office, supermarket, vegetable and fruit market, launderette, hairdresser and nightclub.

The perfect location directly by the sea guarantees a lot of enjoyment. On the wide pebble and sand beach you can rent loungers and parasols, as well as boats and jet-skis. On the beach promenade the pleasant terraces of a variety of restaurants and coffee bars alternate with interesting shops. This is also the departure point for the taxi boat to Trogir.

The rich history of this museum town is reflected in the many churches, palaces and towers in the old centre. It's highly enjoyable to stroll through the narrow streets and to discover all the beauty. In addition the historic towns of Split (30 km) and Sibenik (44 km) and picturesque towns such as Primosten (31 km) and Makarska (85 km) are worth a visit.

In the hinterland there is magnificent nature to be found in the National Parks. Will it be the gorges of Paklenica park or the lakes and waterfalls of Krka and Plitvice parks? But undoubtedly the greatest touristic attractions are the exceptionally beautiful coast and the many islands in the clear, azure blue sea. For instance you could take a day trip to Brac island (47 km).
