Holiday home in the mountains in Visperterminen

Friendly welcome by the owners. A beautiful chalet, incredibly clean and with a fantastic view. The location is quiet because it is in a dead end street. The terrace is great to sit on and the beautiful garden is well maintained. Vallak near the cottage, in Civiez you can take the chairlift (13 euro return ticket per person, direction combatceline) and walk down the mountain again. You can walk to a large lake but that was a bit too far for us. On the way to the house we came across the Trient Gorge (entrance is at a sort of flower shop) is a short walk of about 10 minutes and 10 minutes back. It is 8 euros per person, but it is incredibly beautiful and impressive. Worth the effort. A few hundred meters away is a large waterfall ... already visible from the road ... also highly recommended. Approximately 45 minutes drive from the cottage is the Torrent Neuf hiking route, continue to the very last parking space and then you are there. We walked the route up to and including the third suspension bridge and then vice versa. Parking and the walking route is free. WC is at the restaurant ah start of the route (20 min walk from the parking lot) All in all we had a fantastic holiday.

Beautiful and very clean holiday home with every comfort, modern handy and fully equipped kitchen. Not particularly large but sufficiently spacious for a holiday (eg in our case a family with two teenagers), also very practical. Friendly owners who welcome you on arrival and are available if necessary for practical questions. The view is beautiful for those who like to sit quietly and higher in the mountains. The house has a garden and outdoor table, in front of the house you can enjoy the beautiful nature. A visit to the tourist office gives you a quick overview of all the possibilities in the Nendaz region: a walking or cycling map for different levels, several ski lifts nearby. Plenty of shopping options a few kilometers away. We could park the car next to the house. Only the last part of the road to it is very steep with a bend. We had a wonderful holiday.

We have been received very hospitably by the owners. The cottage is good to find. Indeed, the last bit of the road is very steep. The cottage is very complete and homely decorated. Neat and fully equipped. The environment is beautiful. We walked a lot. Both the cable car from Nendaz station and from Siviez station will take you to beautiful places. The walks were also challenging and fun for the children (10 and 14 years). It is highly recommended to go to Sion (in the valley). The beautiful abbey and ruin of the castle are a beautiful point in the area.
