We were really well received by Stephanie. She showed us the house and explained everything very well. The check in and check out were perfectly arranged by her. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the house. Everything is well organized, and the house has a familiar atmosphere. Geographically, the location of the house is perfect. Murcia and Alicante are within a 45-minute drive. The beaches and La Zenia Boulevard are within 25 minutes at most.

De locatie is top. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Huis is ok, meubels erg basic en bedden erg matig zelfs. Het huis heeft verder wel de faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Het is een prima plek om even te verblijven (ik zat er een maand). Betere bedden en een inloop douche voor de master zou een welkome upgrade zijn. Service van lokale staf was erg goed. Tuin trouwens netjes onderhouden.

Huis was uitstekend. Zeer schoon, alles wat je nodig had en meer, keukengerei, kruiden en apparaten, tv woonkamer tv slaapkamer. Een prachtige zwembad. We hebben erg van genoten. De huismeester, Marc, was heel erg vriendelijk. Minpunt: parasol niet kunnen gebruiken wegens defect en alle aanwezige ligstoelen waren kappot. Ook de zitbank in woonkamer was een beetje versleten. Verder was alles aanwezig. Auto is echt noodzakelijk.

Very nice accommodation. Missing: Safe for Keys, Money etc.; Windows in ground floor cannot be locked with Keys. Pool smells in the evening (maybe too less chloride?) - even if there is good pool service. Window could not be closed: maintenance service was immediately there! Perfect. House has everything you need and is in very good condition!!! Would come back at any time.
