We had a very pleasant stay in the magnificent villa "mar e lagoa" in Foz de Arehlo located on the silver coast 1 hour from Lisbon. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the calm of the subdivision. It's even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The equipment was very complete (summer kitchen with a small sink, barbecue, parasol, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower, enclosed courtyard for parking your vehicle , etc..). The sleeping arrangements were perfect (large beds, with quality mattresses). The welcome was also very good, Mario was very responsive to our requests, as was Kurt, the owner, who remotely had a company urgently come to put the swimming pool into operation immediately. We spent 6 days in a lovingly and comfortably furnished house with a fantastic view. Communication with the host was excellent. Both before our arrival and during our stay. We felt very comfortable, even in the impressive nature on the cliffs in the immediate vicinity. The time was far too short to explore the diverse possibilities in the area. The accommodation and the region are definitely worth a trip.

Fantastic House, it does show some sign's of wear and tear, but overall great. Big minor point is the fact that we were not allowed to BBQ, on the images an BBQ is shown but it seems this is not allowed anymore, which we would like to have known during the booking proces.

Very nice house with excelletn equipment and in very green environment. Close to shopping area and beach while a drive to Lisbon is still very doable. Property manager was very responsive and fixed some minor issues immediately. Would definitely go again!
