Holiday home with Garden in Gualdo Tadino

Although we experienced some difficulties with Belvilla during the Covid opening (unfriendly, difficult to reach, no money back), we have been helped a lot better this time. Both information via the chat (only English support) and about the house were in order. About Villa Fiorini, super beautiful house located in the peaceful mountains of Marche, Italy. We had booked the house to enjoy our own Corona bubble and were therefore in this unknown region. This made it even quieter in the area than in Tuscany, for example. The house is located between vineyards and olive trees on a quiet road. There are 4 rooms with double beds and a small (children's) room. With folding beds you can stay in the house with 10 people. In the summer period you really only use the space around the pool and under the roof of the outbuilding. The house is spacious and fully equipped, and if you like, you can go crazy in the professional kitchen. Fiorini is part of a winery which can be found in the village. The contact persons are super friendly and speak good English, recommended to do a wine tasting here.

It is a wonderfully spacious and - on the ground floor - cool (!) house. There is a large kitchen that is very well equipped (nice mix of old and authentic interior and a huge catering counter), a dining room, a living room and several bedrooms, 1 with a separate entrance and private shower. And a large covered terrace, which served us as an extra living room outside. Acqualagna is nothing special, but Piobicco, the other way, is very nice and is in a very nice walking area. The house is quite high, and the road to it is not particularly good; when you think you're there it's a lot higher up a steep winding gravel road. The lady who manages the house does not speak a word of English, but long live www.deepl.com via the app, especially when the dishwasher did not work. She occasionally brought eggs and vegetables from the vegetable garden, and - because of the dishwasher - a homemade sausage. The photos state that the beach is 5 km away, but that is of course not the case, at least 45 minutes away. We had a great week!

We were welcomed by Stefano, a very nice man, he showed us the apartment and told us something about the company, the environment and the places that were worth a visit. The accommodation was fine as far as we are concerned especially the balcony we have used a lot, beautiful view, very soothing. Small minus some more documentation about the area would be fine. Particularly nice owners, we had a problem with the car, they brought us to a garage where the car was made. Finally you can also eat delicious. We had a fantastic time there.
