Fantastische plek, met fantastisch restaurant! Heerlijk genoten!

A great accommodation with a hospitable family. It is a bit more remote, the last kilometer you drive on a moderate and bumpy gravel road. But once at the top you have beautiful views and you can enjoy a lush green garden. We were very kindly received by the owner, they are very helpful. We were in early May, it can still be a bit chilly, the heating was really necessary. The swimming pool is open between May 15 and September, so not during our stay, which was unfortunately not clear in advance. The accommodation itself is rustic, bursting with charm. It is actually fully equipped, expect a somewhat older house, you will notice that, for example, in the shower that works a bit more difficult (less constant water temperature). In the garden you can eat outside or chill out on nice loungers. On the grounds you will find ponies, horses and some other animals. And above all, peace, beauty and that wonderful view. Highly recommended!

Particularly welcoming and nice welcome by the owners (of 72 women with adult son and daughter) who as necessary are very cute and helpful! With full repect for our privacy, even if they live nearby. Beautifully situated in the countryside, very green area and complete peace and quiet. Ideal for peace seekers, but also a very good base for visiting cultural cities of Tuscany and Umbria. Yet the downside agriturismo is quite remote. A very bad road of 1 km long from a tarmac road in Montanare / a hamlet of Cortona. Something to do with the car (hard and watch out for scratches on your car!), But not with the bike. Closest star shop for groceries 4 km away. From Cortona and Camucia 12 km. Advice do not come to the thunder, because the last kilometer dirt road is pretty look to the house.
