We have been able to relax enormously here! A house with a lovely large swimming pool and a beautiful view. I was afraid it would be somewhere in the middle of nowhere. But that's not true. There are several nice villages around you. Lidl for us as Dutch people is also only 31 minutes away :) We thought the communication with the landlord went great. Everything went through whatsapp. The key transfer was therefore also convenient. We had some issues with the WiFi and water during the stay. But with 1 app he was already on the doorstep to help us. That gives a nice feeling when you are unknown somewhere. The garden is huge. That was such a nice feeling. Real freedom. I was a bit concerned about a house without air conditioning in the middle of the summer. But at night it cools down enough to sleep well. And most windows have screens. We thought the mattresses were good. The kitchen has everything you need. It was dated, but we found that attractive. Plus we really lived outside. We cooked and only slept inside. Every other day a pool man came in the morning to clean the pool and keep an eye on the values. So nice that the pool has a salt water pump! Much healthier for your skin and eyes and better for your swimwear. Nice to go to Puglia for a day. We had a tour with a Dutch guide. In the village (center) is a wonderful fish shop. There we bought fresh fish for the BBQ. Tip 1: also make screens in the bathrooms. It's humid there, but we didn't dare to open the window because of the mosquitoes. Tip 2: have a new dishwashing set ready on the counter. I didn't think it was fancy that there was a dirty dishcloth and sponge. Costs the owner a euro but shows much better / fresher.

What a great holiday we had in this house and the peace and space that surrounds it! We have often booked a house with a private pool but have never been so spacious (outside). Nice is that for the terrace some artificial grass on which we played a lot of sports (tennis). Behind a lovely swimming pool, on the right a football field with a beautiful view of castigline florentina .. Although it is wonderfully quiet, the villa is not isolated .. several supermarkets within a 10-minute drive. The first days were the end of the heat wave where it was continuously around 40 degrees. Unfortunately, those nights it was no longer possible to cool it down sufficiently, so we missed air conditioning .. luckily the following days during the day 30 and it cooled sufficiently at night. Tip next to the Conad supermarket is a kind of action where you can buy a fan for less than 40 euros. Would have been nice in hindsight… but circumstances were extreme when we were there. Owner is friendly and very helpful. Not just when we were there . Unfortunately forgot something important which he sent back. In short: recommended.
