The welcome was very friendly. The cottage was really clean. The garden beautiful and quite large. Lots of privacy. The location and the environment is also recommended. However, what we did not know and is nowhere to be found is that we had to pay for the electricity after our stay. If you use the electric heaters, it can add up considerably. The boiler is also quite small, so you really have to pay attention if you want to shower with several people. Furthermore, I can really recommend the house. It is a beautiful house. Certainly in the summer it is a good holiday there. Keep in mind that it can be quite fresh early in the spring (April) in the evening. You really need the fireplace. But that also brings fun. owner is very friendly and helpful. It is not luxury but you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pictures do not lie. In reality it is certainly a picture.

House Colloritto is beautifully situated on a small hill from which you have a wonderful view of the Elsa Valley. The old building has been lovingly renovated and offers everything you need for a vacation. The location is suitable for day trips to many beautiful destinations in the region: Siena, Volterra, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano but also to the sea and of course to the surrounding area, to San Gimignano and Casole d'Elsa. The landlords also live in the building and are very nice and helpful! We had a great time.

Because we came from a different side than the route description provided it was difficult to find the location Colloritote. Because tomtom knows nothing about it. The dirt road is also a bit exciting. But if once arrived then there is a great authentic house with beautiful views very quiet too. Have me very happy feeling. And Tuscany what a beautiful landscape.

Nice location and spacious house in typical Tuscan style (Apartment Dina). Unfortunately no screens. We were with 3 teenagers and the WiFi was very bad (only range by the pool). We also found the rules quite strict. Do not jump into the pool and no inflatable material, between 2 and 4 pm rest by the pool. Nice place for adults, but less so with teenagers.
