My family stayed at Villa Germano (between Solarino and Floridia, Sicily) two weeks ago and had a lovely stay. Villa is very spacious and comfortable. We were a party of 10 with one child. Five large bedrooms with more beds than we actually needed. Out door area relaxing and well kept. The swimming pool is large and quite deep so children need close supervision. The two towns are close by and lovely to visit. Siracusa is only about 20k away. We did a day trip to Mt Etna which was easily manageable. Marina was very helpful and quickly sorted a couple of minor issues. Some of our party had a bit of difficulty finding it, not being used to Italian addresses, so the best tip is to look for Farm Oliva (olive oil producing company) and it is the property next door. I would highly recommend this villa.
