We spent a week here with 2 other friends and our dog. The house is amazing and we loved the garden. The garden is fully fenced and is perfect for dog owners. It's a beautiful piece of land, very quiet and the pool + the view are amazing. Letizia is a super friendly host and helped us to make it a perfect stay. We will definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay. From here we visited places like Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Florence. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay at this address.

Casa Rosa is a nice house with a large garden near a beautiful medium-sized town, Pistoia. We have had two wonderful weeks. Directly across the road, just a 1-minute walk away, is the owners' house, including a second holiday home, with a beautiful, spacious and clean swimming pool in the garden with a view over the hills, which we use a lot in the heat. have made of. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs around the pool. Of the four bedrooms, three had air conditioning, the fourth could also have one, given the increasingly hot summers. But otherwise everything was pico bello. Two bathrooms with a good shower, a washing machine, espresso machine, cooking in a spacious kitchen (gas) with dining table, in the living room (large TV with Netflix!) there is a good fan. When we were there, last week of July and first week of August, it was really hot, so we kept the shutters and windows closed as much as possible during the day. As a result, it was dark inside during the day, but you can get over that. Moreover, the accompanying garden is so large that there is always somewhere to find a place with shade. There are plenty of chairs for the terrace and garden. In the garden there are also two hammocks hanging between the plum trees, which is great for relaxing (and falling asleep). The garden is very well cared for: everywhere you can see flowers, fruit trees and juicy green grass, even in these very dry hot weeks. For the bird lovers: we had a hoopoe (Italiana: "upapa", English: "hoopoe", Deutsch: "Wiedehopf") every day in the garden, which was a joy! The mattress on one bed was worn, but when I pointed this out to the owner, there was a brand new mattress on the bed that same day. That's what I call service! In any case, the owner is a very friendly and helpful, very sweet woman, which is very pleasant in communication. She speaks only a few words of English, yet communicates very well and quickly: she records her message

Our party consisted of 4 adults, a baby of 1 year and a child of 13 years. We stayed there 2 weeks in early July. The welcome was very warm! The landlords did their very best to make it to our liking and often asked to hear if everything was to your liking. Fantastic garden and spacious house. During the day you can look up the shade of the trees in the garden, perfect for breakfast and lunch. Nice hammock too. In the evening it is also nice to stay on the terrace. The kitchen is spacious, fairly basic but everything is provided. At less than 5 min drive there is a shopping center with large supermarket and 10min you stand in downtown pistoia, where it is also very cozy and not crowded.A few hundred meters up the mountain there is a hotel with pool where you then reduced price can go swimming. Let us know when you would like to go and the renter will arrange this with the hotel. Our parents drove up by car, we ourselves went up with the buggy on foot, a strong climb but in fifteen minutes we were at the hotel. For the baby there was a baby bed and care table with bath provided. Even a brand new tent to play. When we asked about the bbq it was outside after a few minutes, even if we would only light the bbq the next day. A little later there was even a bucket of charcoal next to it. We have been able to visit several places from here such as firenze, san gimignano, Lucca, Pisa. We also drove to the coast for 2 days, Livorno. Here we did an aqua park for 1 day and the other day at the beach. Never more than 1h30 some places drove even less. On the day of our departure we were served a nice breakfast. Fantastic place, fantastic people, fantastic holiday.
