Habitation pleine de charme, perfect equipment and décor with good design. Belle piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. A 2 minutes from the center of Monte San Martino and the situation ideal for exploring the region. (Castelluccio, Sarnano et ses cascades, Penna San Giovanni, Ascoli Piceno, etc.) A great thank you to Valentina for being very welcome and available. Bref, a pleasant idyllic and a happy life.

Beautiful house with everything on and on. Beautifully situated on a hill, near the highway but absolutely no noise to hear outside the crickets. Never seen an extensive kitchen range in a holiday home. Beautiful covered terrace to eat outside in the shade, beautiful pool with plenty of sun beds and chairs. House insulated sufficiently and everywhere on the windows shutters so that despite the heat still remained quite cool binnen.Maar 1 disadvantage that were the mosquitoes present, luckily we were immediately advised by the hostess an insect spiral in the nearby supermarket.Winkels and restaurants close to the house. Well not a lot of attractions close by ... you're quickly an hour in the car to see something.

Valentina and Daniele are fantastic hosts. The apartment exceeded our expectations and looks even better in reality than in the photos. The view of the mountains is incomparable. The kitchen is well equipped, the division of the apartment into day and night areas is great, you can also buy wine and prosecco at Valentina, which is very good. The pool at the top of the complex is large and also offers this great view. There are plenty of fresh herbs, an outdoor grill and a washing machine. We all felt very comfortable. The accommodation is highly recommended!
