Holiday home by the sea in Tallini

We were directly received by the landlady and led by the house. She left a very friendly and helpful impression with us. Since she herself lived in the house for a long time, she also told us a lot about the history of the house and the area. The house is well located. Restaurants, the bakery and ice cream parlors can be reached on foot (10 minutes - but sometimes quite steep paths). The house and especially the plot are really big. We lived there for eight. I would describe that as a kind of meaningful lower limit. Otherwise you will feel a little lost. The house was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the dishwasher and showers are not very contemporary. You deserve an upgrade - but they worked. We had a lot of fun with the pool from which you have a fantastic view and with the pizza oven we have even fired a second time in our week. We were often hiking in the area. Some paths can be reached from the house, we are partly driven by car.

Our stay at the villa in Lonnano was very good. Her house was practical and clean. We stayed there the first week of May and had a few cool rainy days. The heating in the house was not working properly, but according to the owner, the thermostat was set at 20 degrees. We had the impression that the heating was not working properly and had to be reset. In short, that was not pleasant and after our stay we had to pay 100 euros in cash for 5 days of use. While we actually barely had heating. That was a pity. Furthermore, a perfect place for excursions in beautiful Tuscany. And we were also allowed to use the pizza oven, so we had delicious homemade pizzas! This house is highly recommended, especially in the warmer periods.

Beautiful spacious house with an even better view. Enclosed garden next to olive grove. In the garden is a cherry tree with delicious cherries. House is clean, with nice pool. The welcome by the owners was warm. The surroundings and the house are suitable for people who seek peace and quiet. In the village there is 1 small restaurant cum bakery. Two downsides are that when there is wind a diesel smell can be smelled from the cellar / garage in the house and that there are sticky balls in the garden that linger in the dog's fur. Tip: ask the owner for directions from Pieve san Giovanni to the house, otherwise it is very hard to find.
