The welcome was fantastic, the hostes and her husband are so friendly, they are always there for you! They show you everything about the farm life, our children loved it. Feed the cats. Picking up eggs in the henhouse. Stroke the dogs. Feed the horses and watch the calves drink with their mother. The hostes don't speak English, but with Google translate we went a long way, she really does her best. They have 2 apartments, we were upstairs. A nice clean apartment with all the necessary luxury. The pool is top notch, clean, they have towels and a great view. It is a beautifully laid out complex that has really been thought about. The location of the swimming pool, places to sit quietly, the playground for the children and above all the tranquility of the surroundings. 1 point of attention is the way there, Belvilla had clearly indicated that the last 1500 meters were unpaved, but we had underestimated this. It is really a rough road with large loose stones with a firm slope here and there. Nevertheless, we would definitely go back!

Great beautiful accommodation! The location, the view, everything around it. The owner is so sweet, does not speak English, but without speaking Italian we came a long way. She does everything to make it to your liking. For our daughter of 1.5 it was a big playground. A playhouse (large!), Swing, sandbox, trampoline and then all the animals that are there, she loved. And then, of course, we enjoy it. The pool is well kept, very nice to stay.There were towels available, a covered camp bed for our daughter, a hair dryer. The apartment looked neat, clean and everything needed, is aanwezig.Na years Italy already seen many beautiful places, but this time San Marino was on the list. Recommended! Very nice to have seen. Also small town Pennabili is delicious Italian.

You are literally on a farm, the chickens roam free, there are 6 dogs, horses, cows. So quite a lot of interest during the day and at night. The road to the accommodation is poor, it is best to have a 4x4, and it is hard to find. Fortunately the owner came to pick us up en route! The apartment is nicely and nicely furnished and has the necessary comfort. However, there is nothing in the neighborhood! A bakery and shop at 4 km and further you have to drive nearly 60 km for a "larger" shop, but then you are 2 hours on the road, considering the small and bad roads. For nature, animals and peace you should definitely be here.

Fantastic agriturismo! We stay in the Simoncello apartment on the ground floor. 3 spacious bedrooms with wonderfully large beds. Bathroom and living room are also nice and spacious. The farm has a beautiful location and panoramic views from the pool. We can also use the lovely garden. There are many animals on the farm which our son loves. Check out the cows, chickens and dogs every morning. The hostess is also very nice. On arrival we received a delicious homemade cake and fresh eggs from the chickens. Even fresh vegetables from the garden! In the village there is a mini market and some restaurants. We will definitely come back!
