House is generous and is together with one other house on a huge terrain of 800.000m2. This area is used for agricultural purposes such as olive growing, hazelnut cultivation and chestnut cultivation. The pool is fine and is cleaned every day only needs to be shared with the residents of the other house. In addition, there are very few beds for the maximum of 18 people that can be present in the two houses. House is generous but very simple furnished as usual at this price level in Italy. Our dishwasher was broken and those of our friends who together with us in the house were too. We quickly got a new dishwasher installed, our friends did not. In contrast to what we expected there was a washing machine with us that we could share with our friends. In our eyes there was only one real disadvantage to our house and that was the noise pollution. The distance from our gate (with remote control) to our house was about 150 meters, but after 50 meters you did drive under a railway viaduct first! From 05.30 in the morning there was 1 or 2 trains every hour and that was really annoying although one of course had more problems than the other. It did not ruin our holiday or something, but it would be the only reason why we probably would not go here again. The environment is beautiful. It is not as beautiful as Tuscany (and perhaps therefore a lot less touristy, we were about the only foreigners in the wide area) but beautiful. Outside Rome, especially the villages are less special than in Tuscany. The beach can be reached within half an hour and is easily accessible at Castello Santa Severa, and concerns both a public and private beach. Lake Bracciano is nice but not spectacular.

The accommodation was fantastic a nice apartment where everything you needed was present, the view was beautiful and the pool very inviting. The owner is a charming, cozy Italian lady who is very committed to her guests. No question is too much for her. A dinner in the family restaurant Belvedere in Forano is highly recommended to experience Italian cuisine and hospitality. We would love to go back again! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incredibile presso Belvilla by OYO Villa Manziana! La villa stessa è stupenda: decorata con stile e spaziosa, con ogni camera da letto dotata del proprio bagno, il che era perfetto per la nostra famiglia di sei persone, Le viste dalla collina sono mozzafiato, soprattutto al tramonto, Abbiamo trascorso i nostri pomeriggi rilassandoci accanto alla grande piscina e godendo del bellissimo prato, I bambini adoravano il tavolo da biliardo e il piccolo campo da calcio, che offrivano loro molte cose da fare mentre noi ci rilassavamo, La proprietà è così tranquilla e ci siamo davvero sentiti lontani da tutto, Inoltre, essere a breve distanza in auto dal Lago di Bracciano ha reso perfette le gite di un giorno! Consigliatissimo
