Holiday home with Sauna in Panormos

It was a bit of a search to find Villa Stella, but after a call to the owner he came to pick us up and drove us to the villa. A decent rental car is a must; the villa is at the top of a very steep road that is not built and is full of stones. In general, a good car is useful, because the roads in Crete are not too good and can go up and down very steep.To reach a supermarket, you also have to drive 20 minutes because the area around the villa is only a small convenience store (accessible by car, again along the steep path). If you like peace and quiet, a stay in the villa is ideal: there is really nothing around and you will not encounter anyone. The pool is fantastic with the necessary sunbeds. Alexandros is very helpful with tips for trips, restaurants, beaches, ... He keeps in touch via text message or whatsapp, and regularly asks if you need anything. He also made sure that something was ready in the fridge on arrival. In the middle of the week he will change the linen and towels. In short, we had a great holiday at Villa Stella.

What a lovely house in a great place! Very warm welcome by the owner, there was already food ready for us. Lovely place, beautiful view around the house, and lots of privacy.Leerlijk to have a pool at the house to start the day in the morning, or after a warm day to take a refreshing dive.De owner was very helpful. the week the house was cleaned again, and there were again clean towels. In short It was Fantastic !!

We truly had a wonderful vacation! Du har en utsökt utsikt fra både villa og fantastisk swimmingpool. The Cretan warmth is something we had the chance to experience not only from the perfect climate, but also from the owner, who really tries to make his guests feel special! Knossos, the archeological museum, the Cretaquarium and some nearby beaches were all worthwhile. Thx again Alexandros - we will surely return!
