The villa is beautifully situated. If you love the view far over the sea, this is the place for you. The terrace is protected from the strong sun by a densely overgrown pergola. For those who love the sun, the roof can also be used as a sun terrace. Sun beds are on site. Of course, towels and bed linen are also available. These are also changed regularly. A service employee even took care of the pool. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. When it comes to the equipment, everything has really been thought of. We especially enjoyed squeezing fresh orange juice every morning. Oranges are very inexpensive at every weekly market, and each room has its own air conditioning system. The operation is uncomplicated via remote controls. Since we were here in October there were also some cooler days when we could use the air conditioning for heating. We didn't use the existing TV. There is a satellite system with several foreign language programs. The wifi helps with tour planning and was fast enough for streaming. Small transportable umbrellas were available for visiting lonely beaches. Those who rent the villa need a car that can be parked directly in front of the house. We are very comfortable here felt and will rent the house again for next year.

Villa Pelagia is a great place for those who want to visit Crete. From here we visited the Arkadi Monastery (+/- 10 km) and Rethymnon ... but we also went further to Ghania (very beautiful) and Kissamos (for boat trip and visit to Gramvousa and Balos beach) .. .. and walked both the Imbros and the Samaria gorge (Imbros is beautiful, Samaria is even more beautiful (though busy)), Kournas Lake. With the nice weather, the pool provided a pleasant refreshment. In the villa there is everything available (air conditioning, ample fridge, ...) and good beds.Comfortable villa. Well maintained. Quietly located (there are animal walks in the distance ... sheep, dogs ... but that did not bother us) but still close to centers like Rethymnon. Adequate eateries nearby (a few minutes drive).

Even before the arrival we received extensive information about the villa and the possibilities for excursions etc. from the owner. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful quiet location with a breathtaking view of the sea and Rethymnon. We were nicely welcomed at the airport by the taxi driver , which we were recommended by the owner of the villa. At the villa we were welcomed by the daughter of the owner, who explained everything in and around the villa and even offered to collect the first groceries with us. She also advised us on renting cars and excursions. due to the good staff of the villa we had a great holiday.

Villa Laga is absolutely top. You lack nothing. Lots of space and a very nice swimming pool. The location is perfect, super quiet. You can ask Menios any questions you have, he always has an answer. Nikos the owner also comes to take care of his cats every day, doesn't speak a word of English, but with Google translate you can also communicate with him. Despite the bad weather during the May holiday, we had a great time.
