Das Haus ist modern, schön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, Der Aktivitätsraum ist eine tolle Sache, vor allem, wenn das Wetter nicht so mitspielt, Ein zweites Bad + Schlafzimmer etwas abseits von den anderen sind praktisch, wenn man z,B, noch eine "familienfremde" Person mitbringt (z,B, Freund der Familie, Großeltern), Carport direkt am Haus ist praktisch, der Stromverbrauch war (vielleicht dank der Wärmepumpe) recht niedrig, Recht ruhig, da relativ große Grundstücke mit Hecken als Abtrennung (und vor dem Haus war noch ein freies Grundstück, auf der Rückseite die Straße, aber wenig befahren und sehr gut abgetrennt, nicht störend),

Ein schönes Grundstück umgeben von einer herbstbunten Hecke mit einem Apfelbaum voller leckerer roter Ãpfel, Ein kleines gemütliches Haus mit geschützter Terrasse zur Südseite, Und vor allem nur wenige Schritte über eine weite Rasenfläche runter zum Strand!
