We've just spent a wonderful two weeks at Villa Rotschönberg. Fantastic, spacious apartment with four good-sized bedrooms and plenty of living space for our family of six people. A very well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and best of all - a pool table! It was our first visit to this part of Germany and the apartment was a great base for exploring the area - Freiberg and Dresden are close by and we also enjoyed daytrips to Pirna and Wittenberg. There's plenty of outdoor space and even a river for paddling / swimming - perfect on hot days. Or if you prefer, you can visit the outdoor swimming baths at Freiberg or nearby Nossen. Our hosts, Tom and Tanja, were very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again some day!

We really enjoyed two weeks in this beautiful apartment. Although it rained a lot, we were not bored. There is plenty to see in the area, and the boys made frequent use of the pool table. Tom and Tanja, thank you very much for your hospitality, and hope to see you soon!

The accommodation is beautifully surrounded by a small forest and the Freiberger Mulde, and is an ideal spot to start a hike, mountain bike ride or city trip. The house itself has been very well constructed by the owner, who as a professional artist has a keen eye for aesthetics and quality. From here you can easily reach multiple POI "s such as Freiberg, Meissen, Dresden, Leipzig, Prague and of course the Sächsischen Schweiz. The owner, his wife and his son are very nice, warm and friendly people who will make every effort to make you feel welcome We will return next year!

The place and the hosts are just great! If everyone renting a holiday home had the same approach and touch to it, all the hotels would be empty (I don "t think it would be that good, though - where would we go then?).
