We had a very pleasant experience with our stay at "Am Winkelbach 3" in Oberstadtfeld. We were warmly welcomed by the owner. He told us that we could use the garden with a hammock. We didn't do this, but it looked very nice. The next day his wife brought us tomatoes from his own garden and a few days later she came with a stack of clean towels. Other than that, they left us completely alone. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. A spacious kitchen and the same bathroom. Also a great living room, but we always sat in the kitchen. There is a lot of information in the cottage about what to do in the area. A wonderful bed, we slept like roses. We had a beautiful walk every day with a lot of climbing. We came face to face with deer, saw black woodpeckers, we thought the forests were magical. We also visited Koblenz and Trier. We found Koblenz in particular to be a very appealing city, a city with a lot to see. All in all, we are very positive about the house, the surroundings and also about the owners.

Wij waren in dit fijne huis van 26/4 tot 10/5/24. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en er is hun niets te veel. We hebben ons enorm welkom gevoeld met een fles wijn en zelfgemaakt lekkers. In huis is echt ALLES aanwezig. De tuin is ook erg fijn met 2 ligbedden en 2 zitjes. De grote slaapkamer heeft een heerlijk lits-jumeaux bed. In Morbach kun je prima boodschappen doen. Wij hebben heerlijk gewandeld in de nabije omgeving. Met de auto nog een paar wandelroutes verderop opgezocht. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug. Leo en Lidie uit Montfoort.

Het huis was prima. De verwarming (vloerverwarming) was goed. Alles was inclusief, dus beddengoed, keukengoed, maar ook WC-papier, thee, suiker, etc. stond er. Je kon keurig je afval scheiden, dus heel duurzaam. De prijs was ook zeer aantrekkelijk. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen centrale afzuiging is, maar dat is er volgens mij weinig in Duitsland. Dus je moest wel goed luchten om het CO2 gehalte beneden de 700 ppm te houden. Ik neem altijd een CO2 meter mee en dat is belangrijk voor je gezondheid. De meeste mensen realiseren zich dat niet.

Das Haus war schön und für uns 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder mit einem Hund perfekt geeignet. Auch das wir 4 Badezimmer hatten, war sehr komfortabel. Besonders lobend erwähnen möchten wir die Verwalterin Anca. Diese stand uns jederzeit und sofort telefonisch zur Seite. Da wir am Abreisetag Hochwasser hatten, waren wir für diesen wundervollen Service sehr dankbar. Ohne sie wäre auch keine Anreise möglich gewesen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Bei Belvilla konnten wir zwei Tage keinen erreichen um die Situation zu besprechen. Das war sehr enttäuschend.
