Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Simply ideal for large families or groups! Very nice landlord, who gave us 2 bottles of wine to welcome us and kept asking how we were. The house leaves nothing to be desired, whether for young or old! We stayed in this house with 4 generations, for the 2nd time! AND AGAIN WE WERE THRILLED!!! Each couple had their own room to retreat to with their own bathroom, some even with a balcony and a fantastic view of the valley! There were beds and high chairs for the young families. We used the large lounge with kitchen for breakfast and dinner together and then for a cozy get-together. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired. The wonderful large terrace with deck chairs, seating area and fountain was used by us and the kids every day to end the day comfortably with a wonderful view. We used the bread delivery service (baker from Mittersill) every day, so that we could always start our day with fresh bread rolls and pastries. All in all, a wonderful holiday in a wonderful house. The house rightly deserves an award. We have already booked again (4 generations!!!) and are all looking forward to next year! :)

Super week gehad in dit zeer complete en schone huis met hele gastvrije eigenaren die op de benedenverdieping wonen. Bij aankomst lag er fruit en een fles wijn klaar om ons te verwelkomen. Bij vragen en tips stonden ze altijd voor ons klaar. Het huis heeft 3 hele ruime slaapkamers, was ideaal met 3 kinderen, waarvan de oudste van 16 zijn eigen kamer had. Ook goed te boeken als je met 3 stellen op vakantie wilt. Er zijn 2 toiletten en 2 douches. Prachtig uitzicht en een goede uitvalsbasis voor leuke en mooie trips in de omgeving. Echt een aanrader!!

For several years we were a guest with Martha and Franz Kapeller. We will be happy with it, with coffee and tasty snacks. Not that I have ever lived there and that I have always been my guests. We live in an unglaubly beautiful time. The house is complete with a large terrace and a view of the surrounding mountains. It is a matter of living and living with us, that is why we are living there. A big Lob an Martha und Franz! Margriet van der Giessen
