Holiday home with Sauna in Fresse-sur-Moselle

Beautiful atmospheric town to spend the holiday. During the day it is pleasantly busy with tourists, but after 11 pm it is quiet. The accommodation is not located in the entertainment area, so it is always quiet in the immediate vicinity. Also a very nice base for the cities in the area; Colmar, Strasbourg, Freiburg and Basel. But there is also much to see and experience in the more immediate vicinity. Very hospitable owner who makes you feel welcome and gives clear explanations. Everything clean and present for a good stay. In the description it seemed that the Stub is suitable for 3 people, but this is not the case. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for a child. Owner said that she had already passed this on to Belvilla, but this has not been adjusted. Nevertheless, she made a sleeping place for my adult son from the couch and we had a nice stay. Great! We enjoyed it!

We were greeted by the son of the hostess very nice with pastries and a bottle of wine. The house was also very comfortable. As far as the fireplace, so we could buy wood in the village, which is also supplied if necessary. Thus we had it always pleasantly warm in the house. The house was clean and it was in each room enough space for two persons. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you needed. The garden was very nice and you could there The peace and quiet enjoy. The garden is not fenced, but after two days our dog knew exactly where he should go. So that was not a problem. The environment is fantastic. Very many hiking possibilities, without needing a car. All in all, we liked it very much and can recommend the house.

Arrival very pleasant, accommodation fine, we just missed the wifi to prepare our outings. before that we had to go to the reception, where it was very good, by the way, coffee, tea, soft drinks and crêpes were always our fault. gave a very hospitable feeling !! Another point is that when entering the house all 9 lamps came on at the same time and we couldn't make a few out, which gave a very bright light and I am sensitive to that. Perhaps it is possible to change that for the next guests. The area was beautiful, wonderfully walked and driven around by car and walked with our dog !! All in all we had a great holiday !!
