The house is very well equipped to a high standard and is very modern. The rooms are also very well divided with 2 bedrooms/toilet/bathroom on each side of the house, separated by the living/eating area. This makes the house ideal for 2 families. The terrace is great reachable directly from the eating area and is secured with barriers and a gate to the pool below. There are sun loungers also and cushions for the sitting area in the terrace. The house is located in a very quiet area, the only "downside" is the somewhat rough and bumpy road to the house. All in all we had a great stay and would more than happily book this place again.

The description does not do justice to this house. It calls not think that you have an amazing view from the terrace over the park, because the house is built against a hill. It is also an extremely child friendly house the terrace is enclosed and the pool is fully fenced. Furthermore, a child can not hurt its modern and sleek design. Ideal for our two toddlers. Furthermore, the house is very suitable for two small families because it has two separate wings with bedrooms situated on either side of the huge living room / kitchen, each with its own bathroom. The aircon 's working well and the electric shutters can light close close the windows which should be a fine place to awake rested and then take a dip in the large pool. The location in the Var and favorable location relative to roads (which can actually did not hear) you can move quickly and visit many beautiful towns and villages in the interior and on the coast. friendly owner. For a good bottle of wine you do not have to drive far, the vineyards are 1 km away .Wel it is useful to know that you reach the house via a rather bumpy rocky path. We will definitely return one day.

We were well received by Sébastien who gave a full tour and also responded very quickly in previous communications. The villa is perfectly equipped with all necessities and a lot of practical storage space. The villa is very spacious with a beautiful view. The villa is located in a nature reserve, so you can enjoy peace and quiet and still be in Port Grimaud, Saint Tropez, etc. fairly quickly. If you have difficulty walking, access to the entrance may be less easy. Only once you are inside you immediately feel that you have made the right decision to rent this villa! We will definitely return!

Beautiful environment. The villa is really remote and that is very quiet but it has a downside ..... The road to the villa is very bad and the driveway is difficult. The access to the villa itself is also very poor. Not for people who are not firmly on their legs! The villa itself is very beautiful, but to my taste a bit too bare decorated
