Holiday home with BBQ in Mirmande

Very nice house, everything neatly cared for, sympathetic owner, and located in a very quiet location in a tourist area. Especially the latter is very pleasing to us, you walk down the mountain then you see the crowded campsites. But after visiting all tourist attractions and locations we were able to enjoy the nature and the swimming pool in peace and privacy. The location of the houses is closed with a gate with remote control. The houses are arranged so that you do not see the neighbors. You can close the pool for the youngest ones, for our kids aged 7 and 11 it was no problem. All tourist attractions are within 30-45 minutes drive. The sofa and chairs in the living room are of garden furniture quality, not suitable for a long sitting. Great beds, all electronics worked fine only a minus was the WIFI connection. The first days the signal was not sufficient, but this has been restored by the owner. But the speed remained minimal (2mbit down, 0.4 upload). Connecting the PlayStation was not an option, Netflix and YouTube also ran for no meter. We have had contact with the owner and eventually received a small unexpected compensation. A nice and sympathetic gesture! All in all a great holiday! We can recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful authentic French house. On arrival with the manager at the church square, who accompanied us to the house. There he made us know completely in French so some knowledge of the language is very useful. He does his very best (is relieved to have his dictionary not needed ...) and is very friendly and helpful. The house is fully equipped. The only downside is the bathroom. This is in a kind of cellar vault (looks idyllic). Very low so that shower is difficult, the shower head can not be hung and splashes in a lot of water. There is no ventilation possible. The Ardèche is beautiful walking or cycling. The village of St. Julien de Gua is small, but has a shop with a depot of pain and a bar. The residents are very friendly. Surrounding there are beautiful sleepy hamlets and villages. Some larger places like Val les Bains, Privas, Aubenas and Avignon are recommended.

Blissful holiday week in the villa in Sampzon.Huisje is still fairly new, everything is there for 4 people. Neat kitchen and bathroom. Good beds. Good working air conditioning, was welcome as the temperatures outside were continuously around 40 degrees. Pleasant swimming pool. Only downside is the pool is only vacuumed on the changeover day. Continuous sun on the pool until 6 pm. Covered terrace means that you always have a shady spot.Mooi view of the mountain of Sampzon.Village Sampzon is not much, but many beautiful typical French villages in the omgeving.Ardèche beautiful region to discover. Hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity.
